The Flat Pack Container House (平装箱房) is Huaying’s highest-volume product and the backbone of prefab construction projects worldwide. Unlike foldable or expandable units, the flat pack container is shipped as pre-fabricated steel panels and frames — stacked flat to maximize container loading efficiency.
On arrival, a small team of 2–4 workers assembles each unit in approximately 2 hours using only bolts, nuts, and basic hand tools. No crane, no welding, no specialized skills required. This makes flat pack containers the most cost-effective solution for bulk deployments such as worker camps, temporary offices, and emergency housing.
Huaying manufactures flat pack containers in standard 20FT (6058 × 2438 × 2591 mm) dimensions with full customization options for insulation, flooring, electrical wiring, doors, windows, and interior finishes. Each unit can be used standalone or stacked 2–3 layers high for multi-story configurations.
