Single Unit Orders

1. Deposit (30%) — Upon order confirmation, to secure production slot
2. Production — 15–20 working days (we provide progress photos)
3. Balance (70%) — Before shipment, after production completion and quality check
4. Shipping — Within 5 days of balance payment

Volume Orders (5+ Units)

1. Deposit (30%) — Upon order confirmation
2. Milestone (40%) — After 50% production completion
3. Balance (30%) — Before shipment

Large Projects (20+ Units)

Custom payment schedules available. Contact us to discuss project-based financing terms including milestone-based payments tied to delivery batches.

Price Protection

All quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. For longer-term projects, we recommend confirming prices within the validity period to avoid adjustment due to raw material cost fluctuations.

Financing Considerations

Is financing available?

We do not provide direct financing, but we can work with your local bank or financial institution to provide necessary documentation for container house loans. In many countries, container houses on permanent foundations may qualify for personal loans, construction loans, or equipment financing.

What documents do I need for bank financing?

We can provide: Proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, structural certificates, and insurance documentation. These are typically sufficient for most financing applications.

Currency & Exchange Rates

All prices are quoted in USD. For payment in other currencies, the exchange rate on the date of payment applies. We recommend confirming the applicable rate with your bank before transferring.
