Fucheng Huaying Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. (trade name HuaYing) is a Chinese manufacturer of prefabricated modular buildings, specialising in container houses. The company was established in 2003 and is based in Hebei Province, China, where it operates a 35,000 square metre production plant with more than 500 employees, including 20 engineers, and an annual output of over 200,000 units. HuaYing exports to more than 50 countries across North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.

Product range

  • Expandable container houses - 10 ft, 20 ft and 40 ft models that ship folded and expand on site.
  • Folding container houses - the 1400H and 1400L series, folding to roughly 340 mm for economical shipping.
  • Detachable container houses - shipped as flat panels for on-site reassembly.
  • 20 ft double-wing expansion houses - slide-out side wings for a wider clear span.
  • Apple capsule houses - compact modular units for backyard and off-grid use.

Certification and quality

Products hold CE Declaration of Performance, ISO 3834-2 welding quality certification and EN 1090. The company also holds 24 patent certificates. Production follows a documented quality process and certificates are issued with each export order.

How HuaYing works with overseas buyers

Every export order is quoted FOB Tianjin with an optional CIF figure, in USD or AUD. Quotations set out the full landed-cost picture: unit price, inland freight to port, ocean freight, destination charges, import duty and VAT. Because building regulations differ by country, HuaYing supplies country-specific documentation including HS classification, duty rates, and applicable building codes such as ASCE 7 in the United States or the NCC in Australia, together with structural or wind-load calculations where the local permit office requires them.
