Pricing basis. All rates shown are our final Ex-Works factory prices. Prices are quoted in CNY and converted for display only — the contractual currency, exchange-rate basis and any FOB/CIF charges are confirmed on the formal proforma invoice.
Note on 10 ft units. A 10 ft (2.95 m) unit falls under our minimum order price and is not quoted on the area-based formula. Please request a separate quotation for 10 ft modules.

Commercial Terms

Indicative — final terms confirmed on order

Price basis

Ex-Works (EXW) factory, Hebei, China. FOB Tianjin and CIF options quoted separately on request. Prices exclude inland haulage to port and marine freight unless stated.

Lead time

15–30 days from receipt of deposit and confirmation of drawings. Peak-season orders may extend; schedule is confirmed in writing at order stage.

Payment

30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of bill of lading (standard). Other arrangements available for repeat buyers.

Validity

This quotation is indicative and valid for 30 days. Steel and shipping markets move, so please confirm before issuing a purchase order.

Certification

CE certified as standard. UL (US), SAA (Australia) and AS/NZS compliant electrical packages available — select the matching electrical option above.

Customisation

Non-standard dimensions, layouts and finishes are welcome. Send your drawings and we will return a costed proposal, typically within 2 working days.

Exclusions. Unless explicitly selected above, this quotation does not include: site foundation and piering, crane or forklift offloading at destination, local building permits and certifications, customs duties and destination charges, utility connections beyond the unit boundary, or delivery to site.
